The Formation Plan and Plan of Studies shall includes a unified overview of all stages of formation and these are ratified by the Minister General in Rome (Cf. GS 78.3; 85; 86). The Provincial Secretariat for Formation and Studies, over which the respective Secretary presides, is composed of the Moderator of Ongoing Formation, the individual Masters of the Houses of Formation, the Animator of the Pastoral Care of Vocations, as well as other friars as is found necessary (Cf. GS 82. 1). Initial Formation or training of our young friars takes place in South African and in other parts of the world like Zimbabwe, Zambia, Nairobi, Jerusalem, Rome etc
